The ‘King of Latin Soul’ from NYC has set dance floors alight for four decades. With his heady mix of salsa and pop, Latin jazz and R&B, Joe’s eclectic sound has stretched from 1980 Rap-O Clap-O (possibly Europe’s first rap hit), to recent recordings with hot Barcelona nu-boogaloo group Los Fulanos.
