Refund and Returns
If you receive a faulty product we will supply a replacement. Faulty discs must be returned in the condition they were received, ie. without fingerprints or any marks on disc or packaging.
If a replacement is not available, we will offer a credit or refund. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or don't like what you have purchased.
If you are not certain of your purchase we advise that you contact us first with any questions.

DVD Returns Policy
Whether a DVD will play properly on your DVD player is dependent on both the Region and the Format being compatible. As a rule our DVDs will be Region 0 or 4, and the Format will be PAL. These will play on any Australian system.
From time to time we will sell a DVD that has a different region code or is NTSC format. This will be specifically stated for those DVDs & the onus is on you to check that your system will play them. We will not accept returns because the DVD is incompatible with your system, unless we neglected to inform you they were non-standard.

Format: NTSC or PAL?
NTSC is the format used in USA.
Australia & Europe uses PAL.
Both DVD player and TV need to be NTSC compatible, to play NTSC DVDs properly.
Delivery
Delivery will be by Australia Post.
Please allow 7 days for delivery in Australia.
Other countries' delivery times will vary, but allow 2 - 3 weeks.
Pricing
All prices on this website (unless specifically stated otherwise) are in Australian Dollars. Conversion to other currencies will be according to the conversion rates of (our bank) on the day of transaction.
