Peter Drew

AUSSIE

Peter Drew is an Adelaide-born artist whose work is concerned with memory, nationalism, criminality, brown paper and mythology. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Glasgow School of Art and has been exhibited at major arts institutions around Australia, though his most prominent work is installed on city streets. Creator of the popular Real Australians Say Welcome and Together Soon Enough posters, he is best known for his stunning AUSSIE poster series, six of which will be exhibited at WOMADelaide 2022.
