As a result of the global impacts from the current conflict in the Middle East on international travel and multiple regional airport and route closures, unfortunately Stan’s Café - The Commentators have been unable to travel to Australia in time for their performance at WOMADelaide.

 

Once stalwarts of the radio, whose voices brought major sporting events into the nation's living rooms, these commentators have fallen from favour. Now they bring their unquenchable enthusiasm to commentate on everything and anything except professional sport. Look out and listen out for The Commentators as they roam the festival site and share live and exclusive coverage of WOMADelaide and its goings on, picnics and all. Stan’s Cafe is one of the UK’s foremost independent theatre companies. Founded in 1991, and based in Birmingham, they have a vast back catalogue of highly inventive productions that they have performed in a great array of settings.
