Where is my personal data stored?
Our servers are based in SA, Australia and the information that we collect from you will be stored on servers locally. We may transfer your information (as necessary – see ‘who is my personal data shared with?’) with third-party service providers who could be located outside of Australia or operate from multiple locations internationally.
What are my rights and choices?
You have rights over how your personal information is stored, processed and used. Among other things, you can choose whether to receive marketing from us and opt out of any of our mailing lists. You have the right to access the data we have about you and you can request that your information be erased or restricted from further use or amend and update any information you’ve provided. You will be asked to verify your identity before we will disclose or modify the personal information. We take steps to ensure that every single one of our customer’s information is completely protected and securely deleted when no longer in use.
How does WOMADelaide protect my data?
One of the ways we protect your information is through an external payment processor (eWay) for billing merchandise and other service charges. It is a dedicated private connection, with enhanced security features such as digital envelopes and content keys. Utilising our system security features including encrypted communication between our payment gateway and the merchant server, such that your credit card information and anonymity are protected.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that we deem of relevance to our audience.
These include links to social media profiles, our ticketing platform iWannaTicket, sponsors, supporters, other festivals and events or artist videos and content.
